Assessing the impact of impairment injury of traumatic life event on a person's social psychological, vocational, financial, physical,educational and leisure activities;assessing the impact of treatment or additional training; considering these factors as they relate to quality of life issues.

Identifying essential functions and associated physical and mental demands, academic requirements, aptitudes, temperaments and related characteristics of job for placement of impaired workers, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
